Lori Brown – the Lori in Lori’s Candy Station – has been making homemade chocolates for more than 30 years. It started as a hobby after taking candy-making classes. Eventually it led her to selling her chocolates at craft shows across Berks County and beyond.
In 1997, Lori’s hobby became a part-time job when Lori’s Candy Station opened at 21 West Penn Avenue in Robesonia, where Lori has been serving the community for more than two decades. Now retired from her previous career, the candy store is a full-time job for Lori, but she loves every minute, whether she’s making candy, dipping ice cream or having a conversation with a first-time customer.
Stop in today and say “hi” to Lori, the candy lady of Robesonia.
