December is here, there’s a chill in the air, and the Spirit of Christmas is alive and well in Robesonia!
This weekend marks the annual Spirit of Christmas Trail, a tour of four independent stores, one restaurant and six artisans in western Berks County.
Four stores—A Wrinkle in Time, Robesonia Redware and Gifts, Five & Devine and Lori’s Candy Station—are joined by the Penn Werner Hotel, famous for the brunch buffet, and the Artisans at the Firehouse, a group of six artisans and craftors who will be set up in the former Robesonia Furnance Firehouse.
Tickets for the Trail entitle you to a $5.00 discount on purchases of $30 or more all at six stops and enter you into a drawing for more than $600 worth of prizes from the participating stops. Tour tickets are available at all participating locations and are just $5.00.
This year, all proceeds from the event will go to benefit the Robesonia Fire Company.
For more information, stop in or call any of the participating stops.
Please come out and support your local businesses!

Halloween has passed but the holiday season is in full swing at Lori’s Candy Station! That means we’re going to be hard at work making your favorite chocolates, perfect for party favors, stocking stuffers and gifts.
Next Saturday is one of the most exciting days of the year for us as we pack up all the homemade chocolate, cinnamon glazed nuts and seasoned crackers to sell at the Conrad Weiser PTO Craft Show at the Conrad Weiser High School. It’s one of our busiest days of the year, a day when we see customers both old and new.
Be sure to stop in to see us. In addition to browsing the selection of all the great craftors, your $1.00 donation at the door will help support our local students.
There’s even more excitement on the horizon as Thanksgiving is right around the corner. Be sure to pick your fall favorites to share with your family around the dinner table on Thanksgiving Day.
After that, it’s all about Christmas at the store. We’re excited to be once again taking part in the annual Spirit of Christmas Trail in Robesonia and Wernersville. The event will be coming in early December, and we will have some exciting information about the tour coming soon!
Finally, it’s not too early to place your holiday orders! There is just over 50 shopping days left until Christmas, and the best way to ensure everyone on your list gets exactly what they want is to place your order in advance.
We hope to see everyone soon!
